I am so thrilled with the look of the new site. Matt Simmons of <a href="http://www.mattsdesigns.com">www.mattsdesigns.com</a> did a tremendous job. Matt is amazing, so if you are in need of a website or any graphic design, Matt is your guy. The Wedding Shots are Shuffield Photography and the Artist shots (that's me) are Chanda's Photography. Interestingly enough, I have known both business owners since high school. They are all great people and very talented. I am happy to still be in touch with them all and sharing our business expertise with all of you. Check out both of their websites. Sheet music has been by far the most request thing for our site. You ask and we listen. Next on the list is more music. For now we are adding a tab where all Tara Drake music will live...so you can get a taste of my music outside of the Wedding Theme. I just love it when a great song comes together. So many things can give me inspiration, but nothing inspires me more than my love for Jesus. He just makes singing and writing come to life for me. So when I wrote my first wedding song, it was actually for my brother. After he met his bride to be and shared with me that he was going to pop the question, I asked him how he knew she was the one. He replied "There is just not a thing I wouldn't do for her. I feel like she is a gift from God." Well, that was all I needed to hear and from those words a song was formed.
